This course provides insurance adjusters with a clear, practical understanding of Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and their role in effective workers’ compensation claim management. Participants will gain insight into how FCEs are conducted, when their use is most appropriate and how to interpret results to inform return‑to‑work planning, reserve setting and litigation strategy. The session emphasizes defensible, appropriate utilization and demonstrates how leveraging FCEs thoughtfully can improve claim efficiency, support smarter decision‑making and help manage overall costs while keeping recovery outcomes front and center.
