Clinical Review Programs
Gold Standard Review®
When prescription quantities exceed clinical benchmarks, our Gold Standard Review® program provides clinical oversight by licensed physical and occupational therapists. Through multiple touchpoints, we monitor quality of care, treatment patterns and utilization to analyze appropriateness.
At-Risk Program
Using AI analytics, our At-Risk program pinpoints when an injured worker is at risk for poor recovery. This enables us to partner with the treating physical therapist to develop a more proactive, patient-centric approach to their treatment plan, reducing claim costs and duration.
Our Five Pillars of Physical Medicine
One Call facilitates injured workers in receiving customized Physical Medicine treatment when they need it.
- 1. Early Engagement: On average, we achieve first contact with an injured worker within three hours of receiving a referral and secure an evaluation within 1.5 days.
- 2. Clinical Expertise: Our team of licensed physical and occupational therapists review cases for appropriate care and utilization, incorporating evidence-based guidelines.
- 3. Data-Driven: We leverage data and analytics to create actionable insights to develop descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- 4. High-Quality Provider Network: In conjunction with patient feedback, we conduct frequent, data-driven, clinically-based scoring on every network provider.
- 5. Patient Centricity: Our holistic approach to recovery assesses an injured worker’s physical, mental and emotional health.
