He holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Colorado and has completed executive education programs at the International Institute for Management and Development and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Christie Carlisle
Chief Human Resources Officer
Christie has 25+ years of executive experience leading people strategies for multi-site healthcare organizations. Her background includes working closely with executive teams to scale organizations and strengthen and build leadership, talent and operating infrastructure. Christie has a Master’s from Middle Tennessee State University and completed the Executive Leadership Program in Business Administration and Management at The Wharton School.
Steven Davis
Chief Legal Officer
Steven has extensive legal and business experience across public and private companies, including executive leadership and general and corporate counsel roles. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University and an M.B.A. and B.S. in Accounting from Florida A&M University.
Michele Haas
Michele has over 35 years of corporate financial experience in diverse healthcare organizations. Her background includes senior financial leadership roles guiding companies through significant growth, complex integrations and large scale operational transformation. Michele holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Matt Jenkins
Matt brings more than 25 years of experience heading business operations for service oriented organizations, primarily within the financial services sector. He holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and served as an intelligence analyst and Spanish linguist in the United States Army.
David Needham
David is an experienced technology executive whose background includes building and scaling consumer facing, AI powered digital companies. His leadership roles span fintech, ecommerce, logistics and consumer technology. David holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and actively contributes as a strategic advisor and board member in education and robotics.
Seth Ravine
Seth brings more than 25 years of executive experience in healthcare sales, marketing and growth strategy. His background and experience involve driving increased revenue, integrating commercial teams and guiding organizations through transformative change, including strategic acquisitions and market expansion. Seth holds a B.S. degree from the University of Vermont.
