From referral to completion of treatment

1

Referral Received

After referral is submitted, One Call sends acknowledgment to the physician practice, confirming receipt and initiating the coordination process.

2

Review & Authorization

One Call reviews the physician practice’s preferences and obtains authorization from the payer, following established authorization rules.

3

Scheduling

Once authorized, One Call contacts the patient to schedule with an in‑network ancillary provider selected by the referring physician (subject to payer rules and state laws).

4

Appointment Setting

The referring physician practice is updated with the patient’s appointment details, and the injured worker receives confirmation and instructions.

5

Medical Reporting

One Call sends the adjuster and case manager the medical report; the treating ancillary provider sends reports directly to the referring physician practice.

6

Completion & Billing

One Call receives invoice from treating provider, then processes payment to the provider and submits billing to the payer for completed services.
