Referral Received
One Call sends a referral acknowledgment to the physician practice, confirming receipt and initiating the coordination process.

Treatment Plan Review & Authorization
A care coordinator reviews the physician practice’s preferences and obtains authorization from the workers’ compensation payer, following established authorization rules.

Scheduling
Following receipt of authorization, One Call begins outreach with the patient via text or phone, who is scheduled with an in‑network ancillary provider selected by the physician (unless payer rules or state laws specify otherwise).

Appointment Setting
The physician practice is updated with the patient’s appointment details, and the injured worker receives confirmation and instructions.

Medical Reporting
One Call sends the adjuster and case manager the medical report; the treating ancillary provider sends reports directly to the physician practice.

Completion and Billing
The provider bills One Call – One Call pays the provider and then bills the payer.
