In 2007, William “Billy P.” Parker lost both arms above the elbow in a devastating workplace accident. Today, through extraordinary determination and the support of One Call and Hanger Clinic, Billy uses advanced prosthetics to live independently, return to work and inspire others facing life-changing injuries.
