Value-Added Service Offerings

Medical equipment needs for injured workers can range from routine to complex. Our DME program brings added value through services designed to manage costs, strengthen coordination and support better outcomes.

Prosthetics

Catastrophic workplace injuries involving amputation are life-changing and often require specialized prosthetics supported by coordinated care. As prosthetic technology advances and manufacturer pricing rises, these claims grow more complex.

Through one connected platform, One Call brings together an industry-leading network of prosthetic providers with our on-staff clinicians – aligning clinical decision-making, provider coordination, and cost management to help injured workers receive the right prosthetic solution while driving stronger outcomes.

Prosthetics Clinical Review

Led by an on-staff prosthetist, this program delivers clinical assessments at key decision points. By evaluating each injured worker’s functional needs, lifestyle goals and long-term outcomes, we help select the most appropriate prosthesis and reduce unnecessary costs.
