Provider Portals
We offer a range of product-specific portals, each designed to support distinct needs such as submitting referrals, managing claim and payment status, uploading documentation and accessing provider resources.
These portals streamline administrative tasks and enhance communication between providers and One Call.
Electronic Billing
One Call accepts and encourages electronic submission of medical bills and attachments from all providers. We partner with leading clearinghouses to offer multiple electronic billing options.

Referral Received
One Call sends a referral acknowledgment to the adjuster or case manager and contacts the injured worker.

Scheduling
One Call coordinates the appointment scheduling and provides ongoing updates to the adjuster or case manager.

Service provider invoices One Call, then One Call processes payment to the provider and submits billing to the payer.
