By referring dental injury cases to One Call, we simplify a complex care journey by quickly connecting patients to the right dental specialist within our national network – supporting strong outcomes for both patients and clients.

Referral Received

One Call sends a referral acknowledgment to adjuster or case manager and contacts the injured worker within 24 hours to schedule an evaluation.

Treatment Plan Review

One Call reviews the treatment plan and sends to the adjuster or case manager with an authorization request and estimated cost; a clinical review report is included when applicable.

Authorization & Scheduling

Following authorization, One Call schedules appointments with the injured worker and provides ongoing updates to the adjuster or case manager.

Completion & Billing

Treating provider invoices One Call, then One Call processes payment to the provider and submits billing to the payer for completed services.
