Clinical Review Programs

Gold Standard Review®

When prescription quantities exceed clinical benchmarks, our Gold Standard Review® program provides clinical oversight by licensed physical and occupational therapists. Through multiple touchpoints, we monitor quality of care, treatment patterns and utilization to analyze appropriateness.

At-Risk Program

Using AI analytics, our At-Risk program pinpoints when an injured worker is at risk for poor recovery. This enables us to partner with the treating physical therapist to develop a more proactive, patient-centric approach to their treatment plan, reducing claim costs and duration.

Our Five Pillars of Physical Medicine

One Call facilitates injured workers in receiving customized Physical Medicine treatment when they need it.

1

Referral Received

One Call sends a referral acknowledgment to the adjuster or case manager and contacts the injured worker after receipt of authorization.

2

Scheduling

One Call schedules the initial evaluation and subsequent appointments, providing bi-weekly updates to the adjuster or case manager.

3

Completion & Billing

One Call receives invoice from treating provider, then processes payment and submits billing to the payer for completed services.

4

Discharge

Discharge notes are provided to the referring provider and adjuster or case manager upon completion of the treatment plan.
