Thomas Warsop
Thomas Warsop

chief executive officer (CEO)

Thomas Warsop leads the incredible team at One Call, helping to ensure injured workers get the care they need, when they need it. His passion for the mission of the company is evident every day.

Prior to joining One Call, Tom was the Chairman and CEO of York Risk, a leading third-party administrator, where he focused the company squarely on its mission of reducing risk and getting people and organizations back to health, work and productivity.

Previously, Tom was the CEO of The Warranty Group, the world leader in extended warranties and service contracts for consumer products; Group President of Fiserv, a leader in financial services technology; and President of the Financial Services Industry Group at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), a global provider of technology services. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University where he was a President’s Scholar. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Florida. Their daughter, Elizabeth, is a fourth-year dental student. Their younger daughter, Samantha, is a marketing professional in Chicago.  

Tom is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the board of directors for One Call, ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: ACIW), Nation Safe Drivers, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), an organization dedicated to finding a cure for the 1.6 million Americans affected with Type 1 diabetes, including his daughter Elizabeth.

Chris Watson
Chris Watson

chief operating officer (COO)

Chris oversees enterprise operations, billing and revenue cycle optimization and overall customer experience. Chris also led as COO for the company’s Diagnostics, Physical Therapy, Transportation + Language and Harbor Health Products. Prior to One Call, Chris served as COO for Coventry Workers’ Comp Services. Additional experience includes COO at Auto Injury Solutions and vice president of operations at Concentra Network Services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Texas A&M University, attended Harvard Business School executive education courses and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 pilot.

Will Smith
Will Smith

chief commercial officer (CCO)

Will leads the enterprise-wide product management organization for the company that includes cross functional teams in product, provider contracting, new product development and clinical analytics. He strategically guides his teams in finding new ways to serve customers and creates partnerships that result in significant and sustained year over year growth. Will began his career with One Call in 1999 with MSC, a legacy One Call company, serving as chief operating officer and led the Equipment + Devices, Home Health + Complex Care and Dental + Doctor Products.

Did you Know?

Will’s first job was selling popcorn at age 15 at what is now the Traveler’s Golf Tournament.

Steven Davis
Steven Davis

chief legal officer (CLO)

Steven manages all legal matters, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, compliance and government relations for the company. Prior to joining One Call in 2009, Steven was vice president and general counsel of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company acquired by One Call in 2010. Prior to his role there, he has served as corporate counsel to Jacuzzi Brands (FMR NYSE: JJZ) and vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ). Steven earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University as well as his Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida A & M University.

Fred Pensotti
Fred Pensotti

chief financial officer (CFO)

Fred provides financial leadership and overall financial management for One Call. Prior to joining One Call, he led the financial and risk management operations as CFO of Radial, Inc. Previously, Fred served as CFO of Interline Brands where he was responsible for partnering with business operations to optimize the company’s performance and execute transactions to drive exceptional shareholder returns. Fred brings various perspectives and experiences in helping both improve the operational performance of the business and drive shareholder value through significant capital raising and corporate transactions. He is a licensed CPA, CFA and earned his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also holds a BBA in finance and international business from the University of Texas at Austin.

Did You Know?

Fred's first job was working at a water skiing camp in Texas one summer, while in college teaching kids competitive water skiing (slalom, jump, trick skiing, and barefooting).  Fred says it was the best job he has ever had, until this one, of course!

Terri Lewis
Terri Lewis

chief human resources officer (CHRO)

Terri oversees human resources for One Call’s more than 2,000 employees. She is responsible for creating the company’s overarching vision for culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and top talent acquisition and retention.

Terri has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to One Call, she served as senior vice president of global human resources for Pontoon Solutions where she is credited with creating a people-centric organization, attracting and developing the best talent, and positioning the company as a leading ‘Great Place to Work.’  

Terri received her Master of Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/HR from Clemson University.

Terri’s first job was at age 16 in the shoe department of Beall’s department store.

Mark Bilger
Mark Bilger

chief information officer (CIO)

Mark oversees One Call's information technology department, including strategy, networking, corporate computing, infrastructure, applications development and information security. His primary focus is to further accelerate One Call's automation and self-service initiatives between the company and its stakeholders.

Throughout his 35-year career, Mark has led innovative technology and cyber security teams at some of America's leading corporations, such as IBM Corporation, Dell, Electronic Data Systems, and York.

Mark received his Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Wheaton College.

Did you know?

While working at IBM Corporation, Mark was elected to the IBM Academy of Technology (top 250 technical leaders out of 450,000 employees) and became the youngest consulting systems enginer in IBM history.
