Chief Executive Officer
As the Chief Executive Officer of One Call, Nick Mendez leads the company’s strategic growth initiatives, focusing on enhancing service delivery and driving financial performance. He also serves on the Board of Directors.
Nick is an accomplished operating executive with more than three decades of healthcare experience, including most recently serving as Chairman and CEO of Innovative Renal Care. In addition to his extensive CEO experience, Nick has diverse knowledge in medical products and devices, chronic diseases, consumer facing technology, orthopedics, and supply chain management.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Colorado. Following his time in Boulder, he completed executive education and development programs through IMD and the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
Chief Legal Officer
As chief legal officer for One Call, Steven Davis manages all legal matters, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, compliance, and government relations.
Prior to joining One Call in 2009, he was vice president and general counsel of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company. During his career, Steven has also served as corporate counsel to Jacuzzi Brands (FMR NYSE: JJZ) and vice president, assistant general counsel, and assistant secretary for MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ).
Steven earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University and his Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University.

Chief Financial Officer
Leading One Call’s talented and long-tenured financial team, Michele Haas is responsible for driving financial strategy, continuing to improve cost and pricing discipline, and developing strong investor and lender relationships. In her role, she oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, financial and accounting operations, revenue cycle management, internal audit, and procurement.
Haas comes to One Call with nearly 35 years of experience as a financial leader for an array of healthcare organizations. Most recently, she served as CFO for Solaris Health, the nation’s largest urology-centric, multi-specialty physician practice management platform. As a key member of the leadership team, she was critical in successfully launching the company during the pandemic, integrating 17 provider practices, and growing it from $200M to nearly $1B in revenue over three and a half years.
Prior to her role at Solaris Health, Haas was CFO for companies such as Sage Dental, Altegra Health, Univita Healthcare (Integrated Home Care Business Unit), Cigna Group Dental & Vision Care, and OHS, Inc.
Haas received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CFOs, and Women Executive Leadership.

Chief Operating Officer
Matt Jenkins oversees two key departments – operations and information technology (IT) – leveraging technology to further efforts of delivering the industry’s highest level of customer service.
Jenkins joined One Call with 25 years of experience leading business operations for complex service-oriented organizations in the financial services sector. His career success can be attributed to his keen focus and commitment to creating better customer experiences.
Prior to One Call, Jenkins was the chief operations officer and general manager for Oportun, a consumer-focused direct lending organization. While there, he was instrumental in transforming the company from a regional, one product organization to a multi-product, publicly traded, national organization.
Jenkins’ career also includes more than 17 years at Citi, where he capped off his tenure as managing director of global consumer operations. In this role, he was responsible for growing Citi’s global operations through automation, digitization, and optimization of the company’s service delivery footprint.
Jenkins corporate career is built on a solid foundation. He served as an intelligence analyst and Spanish linguist in the United States Army before earning his bachelor’s degree in economics from The University of Texas at Austin.

Chief Technology Officer
David Needham is a results-oriented product and technology executive with a proven track record of building and scaling consumer-facing, AI-powered, digital companies. As the Chief Technology Officer at One Call, he leads the company’s technology vision and strategy to deliver scalable digital solutions to simplify and accelerate care coordination.
David brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles at UPS, Walmart, Oportun, and Caribou Financial, spanning fintech, e-commerce, logistics and consumer technology. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, guiding organizations through IPOs and transformative growth, and fostering innovation across disciplines.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and actively contributes as a strategic advisor and board member in education and robotics.

Seth Ravine is a results-driven commercial executive with more than 25 years of experience leading healthcare sales, marketing and growth strategy. As chief commercial officer at One Call, he guides the company’s commercial vision to accelerate growth, strengthen client partnerships and deliver measurable value across the care journey.
Seth brings deep expertise from leadership roles at ModivCare, Willis Towers Watson and Silverlink Communications, where he drove large-scale revenue growth, integrated commercial teams and supported multiple successful acquisitions – including VRI Cares’ acquisition by ModivCare and Acclaris’ acquisition by Willis Towers Watson. Known for building high performing teams and executing transformative go to market strategies, he is known for uniting insight, discipline and innovation to achieve meaningful business outcomes.
