Thomas Warsop
Thomas Warsop

chief executive officer (CEO)

Thomas Warsop leads the incredible team at One Call, helping to ensure injured workers get the care they need, when they need it. His passion for the mission of the company is evident every day.

Prior to joining One Call, Tom was the Chairman and CEO of York Risk, a leading third-party administrator, where he focused the company squarely on its mission of reducing risk and getting people and organizations back to health, work and productivity.

Previously, Tom was the CEO of The Warranty Group, the world leader in extended warranties and service contracts for consumer products; Group President of Fiserv, a leader in financial services technology; and President of the Financial Services Industry Group at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), a global provider of technology services. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University where he was a President’s Scholar. He and his wife, Christine, reside in Florida. Their daughter, Elizabeth, is a fourth-year dental student. Their younger daughter, Samantha, is a marketing professional in Chicago.  

Tom is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the board of directors for One Call, ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: ACIW), Nation Safe Drivers, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), an organization dedicated to finding a cure for the 1.6 million Americans affected with Type 1 diabetes, including his daughter Elizabeth.

Jay Krueger
Jay Krueger

president

Jay Krueger leads the operations, specialty network solutions, complex network solutions, and provider network teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery across One Call’s comprehensive offering.  

Jay brings more than two decades of senior-level leadership experience in the healthcare and workers’ compensation industries, leading strategy, product development, marketing, data analytics, and clinical operations for some of the industry’s largest specialty service providers. 

Prior to joining One Call, he was head of strategy and product development for Optum’s Workers’ Compensation and Auto/No Fault division. He previously held roles as executive vice president of strategy and integration for Helios and chief strategy and client services officer for PMSI. Prior to entering the workers’ compensation industry, he held leadership positions at Aetna and APS Healthcare. Earlier in his career, Jay was a principal at ChapterHouse, LLC, a healthcare strategy consulting firm, and an associate at A.T. Kearney, an internationally respected strategy and operations consulting firm. Before working in the industry, Jay served as a Transportation Corps officer in the United States Army. 

Jay is an alumnus of the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management. He earned a Master of Business Administration with distinction from the Johnson Graduate School of Management, Cornell University, where he was awarded the prestigious Park Leadership Fellowship.

Kevin Dotts
Kevin Dotts

chief financial officer (CFO)

Kevin leverages more than 30 years of executive finance and accounting leadership to drive financial strategy and growth plans for One Call. 

Kevin’s professional experience spans public, private, and private equity companies, serving as CFO of ModivCare, the largest non-emergent medical transportation broker in the U.S., in addition to Birch Communications, Inc., Internap, Culligan International, and EarthLink.

Over his career, Kevin has raised, revised, or restructured over $2.8 billion of capital, in support of over $1.2 billion of acquisitions and greenfield investments.  
Kevin received a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Computer Systems Management from Drexel University, and he is a founding advisory board member of the Atlanta CFO Roundtable.

Did you know? 

Kevin began his career at General Electric (GE) serving in financial leadership roles both internationally and domestically. He graduated from GE’s prestigious Financial Leadership Program and served for four years as a GE Corporate Auditor.

Will Smith
Will Smith

chief growth officer (CGO)

As Chief Growth Officer, Will’s focus is on One Call’s strategic and organic growth; leading One Call’s sales, client services, marketing, and stakeholder experience functions. He provides strategic direction to delight stakeholders throughout the workers’ compensation and healthcare ecosystems, creating meaningful partnerships that result in improved performance. Will delivers market differentiation with teams focused on client experiences and program analytics. He believes growth can only occur by exceeding client satisfaction. During his more than 20-year tenure, he has led all products and services offered by One Call; including physical therapy, diagnostics, durable medical equipment, home health + complex care, transportation + language, and dental. Will has served in numerous executive and leadership roles as the company has grown; including Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.

Did you Know?

At the age of 14, Will’s first job was selling popcorn at what is now known as the Traveler’s Championship, a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour in Cromwell, Connecticut.

Terri Lewis
Terri Lewis

chief human resources officer (CHRO)

Terri oversees human resources for One Call’s more than 2,000 employees. She is responsible for creating the company’s overarching vision for culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and top talent acquisition and retention.

Terri has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to One Call, she served as senior vice president of global human resources for Pontoon Solutions where she is credited with creating a people-centric organization, attracting and developing the best talent, and positioning the company as a leading ‘Great Place to Work.’  

Terri received her Master of Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/HR from Clemson University.  

Did you know?

Terri’s first job was at age 16 in the shoe department of Beall’s department store.

Mark Bilger
Mark Bilger

chief information officer (CIO)

Mark oversees One Call's information technology department, including strategy, networking, corporate computing, infrastructure, applications development and information security. His primary focus is to further accelerate One Call's automation and self-service initiatives between the company and its stakeholders.

Throughout his 35-year career, Mark has led innovative technology and cyber security teams at some of America's leading corporations, such as IBM Corporation, Dell, Electronic Data Systems, and York.

Mark received his Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Wheaton College.

Did you know?

While working at IBM Corporation, Mark was elected to the IBM Academy of Technology (top 250 technical leaders out of 450,000 employees) and became the youngest consulting systems engineer in IBM history.

Steven Davis
Steven Davis

chief legal officer (CLO)

Steven manages all legal matters, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, compliance and government relations for the company. Prior to joining One Call in 2009, Steven was vice president and general counsel of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company acquired by One Call in 2010. Prior to his role there, he has served as corporate counsel to Jacuzzi Brands (FMR NYSE: JJZ) and vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ). Steven earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University as well as his Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida A & M University.

Linda Lane
Linda Lane

managing director, complex network solutions

Linda is the Managing Director of Complex Network Solutions at One Call, providing strategic leadership for the product lines of physical therapy, home health, and durable medical equipment. Linda’s industry knowledge and expertise have been honed throughout her 25-year career in the workers’ compensation arena. 

A seasoned professional, her achievements in client programming and data analytics have led to a deep understanding of the issues facing the industry and the professional service solutions required to manage cost drivers, utilize technology to create administrative efficiencies, and bridge regulatory requirements. Linda’s guiding principal is rooted in patient-centricity – the belief that we need to treat the person, not just the injury.
