Dale Wolf

chief executive officer (CEO)

Dale oversees the corporate direction and enterprise strategy of the company focusing on leadership, innovation and customers. Dale served on the One Call Board of Directors since 2014 and became CEO in 2016. Prior to One Call, he led Coventry Healthcare as CEO. During his tenure at Coventry, the company grew from approximately $1 billion in revenue to $13 billion while seamlessly integrating onto one technology platform during the course of over 20 acquisitions. He has also served on the boards of other notable healthcare companies such as Molina Healthcare (NYSE: MOH) and Catalyst Health Solutions. Dale holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Eastern Nazarene College and completed MIT Sloan School Senior Executive Program.

Dale’s first job was digging for worms (for fishing bait) at night on a golf course!

Pat Rowland

chief strategy officer (CSO)

Pat drives the company’s growth strategy through acquisitions, mergers and strategic partnerships. Pat also leads corporate development, marketing, organizational strategy and team performance through innovative leadership. Prior to joining One Call, she served on the senior management team of CIGNA HealthCare, a leading health insurer, where she held a number of positions including senior vice president of strategy, business segments, sales and marketing. Prior to that, she was president of Intracorp, a CIGNA subsidiary and a leading provider of cost containment and care management services for workers’ compensation. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in biology and a Master of Business Administration from the Robins School of Business at University of Richmond where she currently serves as chair on the university’s Board of Trustees.

Chris Watson

chief operating officer (COO)

Chris oversees enterprise operations, billing and revenue cycle optimization and overall customer experience. Chris also led as COO for the company’s Diagnostics, Physical Therapy, Transportation + Language and Harbor Health Products. Prior to One Call, Chris served as COO for Coventry Workers’ Comp Services. Additional experience includes COO at Auto Injury Solutions and vice president of operations at Concentra Network Services. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Texas A&M University, attended Harvard Business School executive education courses and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps as an F/A-18 pilot.

If Chris had to explain his job today to a child he would say, “I hire good people and give them what they need to be successful.”

Will Smith

chief product officer (CPO)

Will leads the enterprise-wide product management organization for the company that includes cross functional teams in product, provider contracting, new product development and clinical analytics. He strategically guides his teams in finding new ways to serve customers and creates partnerships that result in significant and sustained year over year growth. Will began his career with One Call in 1999 with MSC, a legacy One Call company, serving as chief operating officer and led the Equipment + Devices, Home Health + Complex Care and Dental + Doctor Products.

Will’s first job was selling popcorn at age 15 at what is now the Traveler’s Golf Tournament.

Brian Griffith

chief sales and marketing officer (CSMO)

Brian administers critical growth strategies and initiatives across the One Call platform and provides first-rate specialized solutions for our customers and the workers’ compensation industry in his role as chief sales and marketing officer. Prior to joining One Call in 2017, Brian worked for QBE North America where he served as executive vice president of field management and distribution. He led the field management activities, as well as the distribution strategy for the multi-billion dollar operation and was directly involved in growing its largest distribution partner relationships. Brian began his career as a workers’ compensation underwriter with The Hartford Insurance Group more than 25 years ago and advanced into many senior leadership roles including regional underwriting executive, vice president of strategy and national head of sales and marketing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in finance from University of Connecticut.

Did You Know?

Brian's first job was at age 13. He was the top paper boy salesman in Connecticut and won an all expense paid trip to the Olympics in Los Angeles. He was 1 of 3 chosen in the state!

Sal Caruso

chief information officer (CIO)

Sal guides the continued development of an innovative, robust and secure information technology platform for the company. Sal is responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology, information security, data and analytics across the company. Sal most recently served as IT operating executive at Apax Partners, an independent global partnership focused solely on long-term investment in growth companies. Prior to his role there, he held the position of vice president of Go-to-Market IT at Salesforce.com, vice president of IT Infrastructure at Symantec Corporation and vice president of IT Operations at PeopleSoft. Sal holds a Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and Berkeley Haas School of Business as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Yale University.

Steven Davis

chief legal officer (CLO)

Steven manages all legal matters, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, compliance and government relations for the company. Prior to joining One Call in 2009, Steven was vice president and general counsel of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company acquired by One Call in 2010. Prior to his role there, he has served as corporate counsel to Jacuzzi Brands (FMR NYSE: JJZ) and vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ). Steven earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University as well as his Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida A & M University.

Fred Pensotti

chief financial officer (CFO)

Fred provides financial leadership and overall financial management for One Call. Prior to joining One Call, he led the financial and risk management operations as CFO of Radial, Inc. Previously, Fred served as CFO of Interline Brands where he was responsible for partnering with business operations to optimize the company’s performance and execute transactions to drive exceptional shareholder returns. Fred brings various perspectives and experiences in helping both improve the operational performance of the business and drive shareholder value through significant capital raising and corporate transactions. He is a licensed CPA, CFA and earned his MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management. He also holds a BBA in finance and international business from the University of Texas at Austin.

Did You Know?

Fred's first job was working at a water skiing camp in Texas one summer, while in college teaching kids competitive water skiing (slalom, jump, trick skiing, and barefooting).  Fred says it was the best job he has ever had, until this one, of course!
