During these challenging times, we want to provide our valued employees with resources to help ease any burdens they may be facing. Check back regularly for updates.
Mortgage Assistance
The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has mandated additional flexibility for borrowers negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time, the FHFA mandate applies only to loans owned by either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac. Other lenders may adopt similar policies in the coming days or weeks.
Contact your mortgage servicer (the company where you send your monthly payments) as soon as possible to let them know about your current circumstances. The telephone number and mailing address of your mortgage servicer should be listed on your monthly mortgage statement.
Rental Assistance
Although no specific federal mandate on rent payment assistance has been issued, individual state and local governments have made or are currently looking at measures to address. This site will be updated as specific state measures are ordered.
Tax/Health
The Internal Revenue Service has issued an extension of the April 15 deadline to July 15.
IRS Guidance on Tax Deadline Extension
If you are a participant in a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), the Plan can cover the costs of testing and treating before patients spend up to their plan's deductible.
