A Welcome from Rone
As the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of One Call, I wanted to start my tenure by saying I am both humbled and fortunate to join such an experienced, seasoned and passionate executive team, many of whom have decades of workers’ compensation experience. The combination of their industry knowledge, relationships and expertise is what built this company into what it is today and more importantly what will help drive One Call into its bright future.
I assure you that our focus and strategy remains the same. My team, along with our nearly 3,000 employees, remains steadfast in our commitment to delivering, improving and innovating in three key areas:
- Client Experience
- Patient Experience
- Provider Experience
Our investment in Polaris® will allow us to further improve on all of our key areas, but primarily the Client and Provider experience. Our continued investment in the innovative RelayRIDESM program will enhance the Patient Experience.
In keeping with these themes, One Call continues to make great strides in product innovation with more products like CarePaths, Telehealth and on-demand interpreting services, which have been overwhelmingly well received by both clients and patients. We have many more exciting solutions in various stages of development that will vastly improve the patient experience and translate into tremendous value for our customers and providers alike.
We are making significant investments in our people because only with passionate people and the right culture, can we deliver on the promise of One Call. With enhanced training, improved tools, including Polaris® and various culture initiatives, we are working hard to deliver on the art of the possible for One Call.
