Patient-Centricity: The Foundation of One Call’s PT Program

A message from Linda Lane, One Call President of Physical Therapy

Dear Friends and Colleagues,

For more than 25 years, I have proudly served injured workers, enlisting the expertise of my colleagues and our provider partners along their recovery journeys. Today I am surrounded by an incredible team of female leaders who oversee a comprehensive physical therapy program made up of five key pillars: early engagement, clinical oversight, being data driven, high-quality provider network coverage and patient-centricity.

To me, one of the most critical elements is patient-centricity – the belief in a holistic approach to care. We go beyond the primary injury or source of pain – we treat the whole person, digging deeper to have a complete understanding of the injured worker.

Please take a moment to watch my short video message to discover how this approach results in reduced claim costs, shorter return-to-work timelines, and most importantly, long-term success and an improved quality of life for injured workers.

Thank you for the opportunity to serve your injured workers. Together, we will get them the care they need so they can return to work AND LIFE. To learn more about benefits of incorporating a patient-centric approach, or our PT program in general, please contact me at
