One Call Continues to Serve Injured Workers through Hurricane Dorian

Due to Hurricane Dorian, our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida will remain closed on Wednesday, September 4 and will not reopen until after the storm has passed and local authorities clear the building for safe entry.

We are committed to serving you and your injured workers throughout the storm and continue to operate at near-normal capacity through increased coverage at other office locations and our already robust remote workforce. Our telephone network is resilient and we will continue telephonic coverage throughout the storm, across all product lines. However, you may experience some delays as we are also experiencing higher call volumes from injured workers impacted by the storm. We ask that you remain patient and encourage you to use non-telephonic methods of communication including online referral submissions through EasyReferral or via email by product designation below:
