One Call Closes Downtown Jacksonville Office Ahead of Hurricane Dorian

Due to Hurricane Dorian, our corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida will be closed on Tuesday, September 3 and will not reopen until after the storm has passed and local authorities clear the building for safe entry.

We are committed to serving you and your injured workers throughout the storm and have activated our business continuity plan. We have increased coverage through other office locations and remote staff is trained to meet all of your needs. Our telephone network is resilient and we will continue telephonic coverage throughout the storm, across all product lines. However, because we expect many of our local employees to be impacted by the storm, you may experience some delays. We ask that you remain patient and encourage you to use non-telephonic methods of communication including online referral submissions through EasyReferral or via email by product designation below:
