One Call Appoints Will Smith as Chief Commercial Officer
One Call, the nation’s leader in ancillary services for the workers’ compensation industry, announced today that it appointed Will Smith as Chief Commercial Officer. Smith served as Chief Product Officer for One Call since 2016. In his new role, he will continue to oversee product management, provider networks, specialty channels, analytics, customer experience and group health, but will also assume responsibility for the company’s sales, account management and marketing functions.
Brian Griffith will continue to serve as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer for One Call and will report to Smith going forward.
Smith has been with One Call and its predecessor companies for more than 20 years. Before serving as Chief Product Officer, he was Chief Operating Officer and led the DME, home health and dental product lines.
“The alignment of our product, network and analytics areas with our sales, account management and marketing functions allows us to seamlessly connect the teams responsible for the full customer life-cycle, resulting in a better experience for our customers and injured workers going forward,” said Smith.
One Call also announced today that Chris Watson, Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the company’s information technology function going forward, as well as continue to lead the operations organization.
