CEO Thomas Warsop to Participate in NWCDC Leadership Panel, Discussing the Needs of the Workforce in a Post-Pandemic Era

It’s been more than a year since the onset of the pandemic. As COVID-19 vaccines become increasingly accessible, employers are evaluating how changes in the workforce are impacting their businesses and what these changes mean for their employees. What is the best work environment (e.g. return-to-office, remote, or hybrid) and the ideal ways to address workplace safety, physical health, and mental wellbeing?

On May 26, One Call CEO Thomas Warsop and fellow industry leaders – Michael Cirillo, CEO, myMatrixx; Jennifer Saddy, managing director, absence management, American Airlines; and Dave Taylor, senior director, workers’ compensation, Charter Communications - discussed how their businesses and employees have adapted to the changes brought on by the pandemic and the steps they are taking to create normalcy in the workplace.

During this engaging discussion, the panelists also identified obstacles that remain for industry leaders, outlined ways to leverage existing tools, and discussed new opportunities to build more resiliency across the workers’ compensation industry.
