Thomas Warsop
Thomas Warsop

Thomas Warsop serves as One Call’s Executive Chairman, a critical position leveraging Board resources in support of One Call’s vision.  

Prior to his role as Executive Chairman, Tom was One Call’s CEO for more than two years, successfully leading the company through the most challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic. During his tenure, One Call underwent many changes, resulting in a more efficient, innovative, and technically advanced organization today.  

Previously, Tom served as Chairman and CEO of York Risk, a leading third-party administrator; CEO of The Warranty Group, the world leader in extended warranties and service contracts for consumer products; Group President of Fiserv, a leader in financial services technology; and President of the Financial Services Industry Group at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), a global provider of technology services.  

Tom has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University. He is a Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors. He also serves on the board of directors for ACI Worldwide (Nasdaq: ACIW), Nation Safe Drivers, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), an organization dedicated to finding a cure for the 1.6 million Americans affected with Type 1 diabetes, including his daughter Elizabeth.

Jay Krueger
Jay Krueger

As Chief Executive Officer, Jay Krueger leads one of the largest and most dynamic organizations in the workers’ compensation industry. With 23 years of experience in healthcare – and 14 of those years dedicated to workers’ compensation – he possesses extensive knowledge and understanding of the importance of One Call’s mission and the impact that we have on improving the health and wellbeing of injured workers. 

Prior to his position as CEO, Jay joined One Call as President in 2021. In that role, he led operations, product development, and provider relations, ensuring high-quality care coordination across One Call’s comprehensive suite of services. In 2019, Jay first joined One Call as a member of the Board of Directors, a position he still maintains today.  

Jay’s previous workers’ compensation executive experience includes serving as Chief Strategy & Client Services Officer for PMSI, a best-in-class pharmacy benefit managers company; Executive Vice President for Helios, formerly the industry’s largest provider of pharmacy benefit managers, durable medical equipment, home health, and claim settlement services; and Head of Strategy & Product Development for Optum’s workers’ compensation business unit.  

Earlier in his career, he held leadership positions at Aetna and APS Healthcare. His educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with distinction from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Will Smith
Will Smith

As Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, Will oversees the overarching growth strategy for One Call – a strategy that places clients’ and injured workers’ needs front and center.

Will believes growth can only occur by exceeding client satisfaction. He strategically aligns the company’s sales, product development, data/analytics, and marketing functions to deliver the best possible outcomes for clients and injured workers alike.

Will has served One Call in various leadership roles for more than 20 years, including Chief Growth Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. His deep knowledge – amassed through years of experience building the company to what it is today – is simply irreplaceable. Will originally joined MSC, a One Call legacy company, in 1999 where he was the Chief Operating Officer responsible for the durable medical equipment, home health and dental product lines.

Beyond his professional career, Will serves on the board of Leadership Jacksonville, an organization dedicated to educating, connecting, and inspiring diverse leaders to build and strengthen the Jacksonville community. He also empowers Jacksonville’s homeless community through his active involvement with Save Our Streets. Will resides with his wife and daughter in Jacksonville, Florida, One Call’s corporate headquarters.

Did you Know?

At the age of 14, Will’s first job was selling popcorn at what is now known as the Traveler’s Championship, a professional golf tournament on the PGA Tour in Cromwell, Connecticut.

Terri Lewis
Terri Lewis

Terri oversees human resources for One Call’s more than 2,000 employees. She is responsible for creating the company’s overarching vision for culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, and top talent acquisition and retention.

Terri has more than 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to One Call, she served as senior vice president of global human resources for Pontoon Solutions where she is credited with creating a people-centric organization, attracting and developing the best talent, and positioning the company as a leading ‘Great Place to Work.’  

Terri received her Master of Human Resources Management from the University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Science in Business Management/HR from Clemson University.

Terri’s first job was at age 16 in the shoe department of Beall’s department store.

Mark Bilger
Mark Bilger

Mark oversees One Call's information technology department, including strategy, networking, corporate computing, infrastructure, applications development and information security. His primary focus is to further accelerate One Call's automation and self-service initiatives between the company and its stakeholders.

Throughout his 35-year career, Mark has led innovative technology and cyber security teams at some of America's leading corporations, such as IBM Corporation, Dell, Electronic Data Systems, and York.

Mark received his Master of Science in Information Security and Assurance from Norwich University and his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) from Wheaton College.

Did you know?

While working at IBM Corporation, Mark was elected to the IBM Academy of Technology (top 250 technical leaders out of 450,000 employees) and became the youngest consulting systems engineer in IBM history.

Steven Davis
Steven Davis

Steven manages all legal matters, corporate governance, regulatory affairs, compliance and government relations for the company. Prior to joining One Call in 2009, Steven was vice president and general counsel of STOPS Enterprises, a medical transportation and language translation services company acquired by One Call in 2010. Prior to his role there, he has served as corporate counsel to Jacuzzi Brands (FMR NYSE: JJZ) and vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary for MasTec, Inc. (NYSE: MTZ). Steven earned his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University as well as his Bachelor of Science in accounting and Master of Business Administration from Florida A & M University.

Juan Perez
Juan Perez

Juan is responsible for driving the company’s financial strategy, enhancing its operational performance, and developing strong investor and lender relationships. Juan comes to One Call after six years as CFO for WellPath, LLC, the nation’s premier provider of high-quality, compassionate care for vulnerable patients in challenging clinical environments, such as inpatient and residential treatment facilities, civil commitment centers, and local, state, and federal correctional facilities. Prior to WellPath, Juan, a certified public accountant, led accounting and finance for numerous publicly held and private equity sponsored companies across an array of industries, including high tech, manufacturing, resort, real estate, telecom, financial services, and internet service providers.
