Products & Services
OCCM strives to build solid relationships within the health care community and prides itself on our choice of network providers and nationwide venders, choosing only the leaders in the field of specialty services.
Our Provider Development department maintains direct contracts verifying all providers’ licensure, liability insurance, and certifications in accordance with individual state and federal mandates. In return, our partners enjoy the benefits of prompt payment and reduced paperwork, while being a part of a provider network known for its quality and professionalism.
Value Added Products
OCCM makes every effort to contract nationally with the highest-quality providers and vendors in each local market wherever possible. This means board-certified specialists, high-quality equipment, prompt appointments for patients, prompt turnaround of medical reports and accurate billing.
OCCM employs a full-time, dedicated credentialing staff. The staff is advised by physicians board-certified in Radiology, Neuroradiology, Neurology and Physiatry and/or Pain Medicine who provide clinical management and expertise. Credentials are primarily verified through the AMA Masterfile (a National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) approved verification source and the National Practitioner Database (NPDB)). Above and beyond NCQA guidelines, OCCM may review additional elements such as sample MRI films, sample EMG medical reports and sample Spinal Injection medical reports as part of the credentialing process.
OCCM’s recredentialing process requires that all contracted providers be recredentialed every three years following NCQA guidelines (every 2 years for Florida providers) applicable to the specialties represented in the One Call Medical Network.

Quality Improvement Programs
OCCM’s Quality Improvement (QI) Program provides an ongoing, effective, systematic process for monitoring, evaluating and improving services. Outcomes of QI activities are integrated into the ongoing program activities in an effort to optimize quality and service across the provider network. Ongoing QI activities as they relate to provider performance measures include, but are not limited to, accessibility to providers, availability of providers, efficiency of services, timeliness of services and medical report reviews.
