Clinical Medical Report Review
One Call also offers a unique service through our EMG product. Each of our network physicians undergoes a stringent credentialing process and is continually monitored using our own proprietary standards that were developed using the American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) Guidelines. This ensures the highest quality provider network. Each EMG/NCS medical report is reviewed for consistent, valid and substantiated data against the HCFA. One Call disallows billed CPT codes that are not consistent with procedures detailed in the corresponding medical report which ensures billing accuracy and can lead to reduced costs for treatments that are medically unnecessary.
Customized Data Mining and Reporting
One Call also has the most enhanced reporting capabilities in the industry. Combined with sophisticated IT system support and design capabilities, One Call is able to provide a full array of general management, cost savings and utilization reports that can be customized to each client’s specific needs. One Call’s current reporting system can accommodate various customized reports that can be used for data analysis. In the past, we have developed reports to show trends and other measurements that can be used to save costs and increase productivity. Reports are available on any timeframe required by the customer and at no additional charge.
Early Referral Notification Program
One Call and You’re Done!
Identify patients prior to discharge or with upcoming surgeries and relieve your administrative burden. Providing us with the claim, physician and/or facility information will allow One Call to be proactive in reaching out to the appropriate parties to coordinate the necessary products and services. One call to us and you’re done; an One Call team member will handle the patient’s injury related needs from that point forward.
In-house Training and Support
Through One Call’s extensive local and regional account team, One Call is able to conduct initial training on-site at your offices for all levels of personnel at no cost. In these training sessions One Call addresses the referral, scheduling, billing and medical report processes and eResponse capability. Ongoing support is also maintained at a national account level, and on a local claim office level through our national account and regional support team.
