Local company adds new look and additional employees to Jacksonville’s Southbank
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (February 12, 2018) — One Call, a growing healthcare network management company and the nation’s leading provider of specialized solutions to the workers’ compensation industry, celebrated its new signage atop the Eight Forty One building in Downtown Jacksonville by hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“One Call has a great success story that demonstrates the business-friendly environment we work hard to foster here in Jacksonville,” said Mayor Lenny Curry. “They grew from multiple companies – many of which started here on the First Coast – and quickly became a top innovator in the nation’s workers’ compensation industry. One Call could have chosen to expand anywhere, but they chose to further their investment right here at home.”
Also speaking at the event was Congressman John Rutherford of Jacksonville; Florida Chief Financial Officer, Jimmy Patronis; and CEO of One Call, Dale Wolf.
“Congratulations to One Call and its dedicated employees for the continued growth and investment in Northeast Florida,” said Rutherford. “Their work is a testament to the capability of our local workforce and our pro-job climate on the First Coast. It is an honor to represent so many of their hard-working employees and join in celebrating their continued commitment to Jacksonville.”

The installation of One Call’s logo, measuring 16 feet tall and 80 feet long, was completed two weeks ago on January 23. To compliment the new exterior, IP Capital Partners, the owner of the Eight Forty One building, is making numerous tenant improvements. These extensive renovations continue to make the Eight Forty One building premier Class A office space in Downtown Jacksonville and mark the building’s third major renovation since its debut 63 years ago.
One Call is consolidating its two Jacksonville locations and moving approximately 500 employees to the Eight Forty One building. The consolidation is expected to be completed this fall and will make One Call one of Downtown’s largest employers with almost 1,500 employees.
“This milestone signifies our continued commitment to the City of Jacksonville,” stated Wolf. “We are excited to bring all of our Jacksonville-based employees under one roof and look forward to expanding our involvement in the community as one of the city’s largest employers.”
